Returns and Cancellations

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, after which standard return procedures apply. To initiate a return or cancellation, please contact us at petvitaminoxford@gmail.com with your order number. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item.
